Can I schedule a delayed delivery?
Yes, you can choose a delivery date that best fits your schedule. If you wish to delay delivery, please contact us before placing your order and indicate your preferred delivery date in the checkout page's notes section.
Can I update the shipping address after placing my order?
You can email your request. If the package hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once it's been dispatched, we won't be able to make changes to the delivery address.
When will my order ship out? How soon can I expect delivery?
We'll ship your order within 48 hours of placement. Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking number via email. Most shipments go through FedEx with 2-7 business day delivery windows.

How do I track my order?
We will ship your order within 48 hours of receiving it. When we ship your order, we will send you an email notification that includes the tracking numbers for all packages (these emails may end up in your spam/junk folder). You can also view your order information on our website. First, you need to register or log in using the email provided during checkout. In the "My Account" section, click on the relevant order, and you'll find the tracking number for each package in the order details.
Can I change my order?
Yes. You can cancel, or reschedule your order before shipment by emailing us at service@patiokingdom.com
Is there a veterans discount?
Yes, veterans are eligible for an 8% discount. To receive this discount, please contact our customer service team and provide valid proof of your military service. Once verified, we will send you a unique discount code for your use.
How do I use a promotional code?
When you make a payment on the checkout page, you only need to fill in the promo code to get the corresponding discount.
