30-Day Unconditional Refund Policy (Unopened & Unused Items)
We stand by our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.

Key Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

  • Return shipping costs(15%) are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

Opened Items Policy:
If packaging has been opened:

  1. Submit clear photos of the product and packaging to our team for review.

  2. Returns will only be approved if the item remains fully functional and shows no signs of use.

  3. A 30% restocking fee will apply to cover handling and product depreciation.

Final Requirements:

  • All original accessories/manuals must be included.

  • Returns showing damage, missing components, or signs of use may be rejected or subject to additional fees.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please contact Patio Kingdom Customer Service via email at service@patiokingdom.com prior to shipment. All refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Cancellation Conditions:

  1. Pre-Shipment Cancellations
    Full refunds will be issued if your package remains in our warehouse and hasn't entered the shipping process.

  2. In-Transit Cancellations
    For orders already shipped:

    • We will attempt to intercept the shipment.

    • A 15% cancellation fee (of order total) will apply to cover logistics and return processing.

    • Balance refund issued upon successful package retrieval.

  • Carrier interception success rates vary by shipping stage.

  • Additional deductions may apply for expedited shipping services.

How to Initiate a Return

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/video of item + packaging

  2. We'll email a prepaid return label if eligible

  3. Repackage item with all original accessories

  4. Attach provided label and ship to designated address

Who Pays Return Shipping?
We Cover Costs When:
